A separate association rental application fee of $150 paid by tenant to 440 West Association, C21 process fee of $150. Any electric usage over $150 within the month and a final cleaning fee of $200.00 is deducted from the deposit and balance with statement returned usually 15 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice.

Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN AFTER 3PM First day of contract, CHECK-OUT 11AM Last day of contract.

Tax: 13% Tax must be added if rented less than 6 months
