Payment Information

Payment Policies: A Reservation deposit of $3,000.00 (PER MONTH BOOKED) due upon signing and final balance due 90 days prior to arrival.Tenant pays a final cleaning fee of $400.00. The final cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit and balance with statement returned usually 45 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice.

Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN AFTER 3PM First day of contract, CHECK-OUT NOON Last day of contract.

Tax: 13% Tax must be added if rented less than 6 months
