Payment Information

Payment Policies: 50% to reserve and the balance is due 60days prior to arrival.

Rates are 2 person call for additional guests.

Cancellations: For cancellations for ANY reason more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental. For cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival, there is a 100% cancellation fee on the total rental. If we are able to re-rent the villa

Arrival/Departure: Air arrivals are through Cyril E. King airport on St Thomas. (STT) Taxi to ferry to Cruz Bay on St John wher you will pick up your vehicle. You will be sent directions to Villa and will be met there for orientation. Check in normally is 3 PM. Departure is 10 AM.

Situated on a half acre waterfront lot at East End, there are few other homes nearby. Sand beaches are nearby. The bedrooms are isolated from each other and provide excellent privacy for three couples or a family. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and each bedroom has its own deck. Enjoy the ocean view and the birdsongs from the comfort of your bed.

Entertainment: Snorkeling off the private beach, kayaks can be rented nearby. Sailing, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, and sunning are all favorite pastimes on St John.
